Future of the Left are a Welsh band formed out of the ashes of Mclusky and Jarcrew, and by the sounds of it they're pretty fond of the US hardcore scene. Not that this is a problem, 'Small Bones Small Bodies' is easily one of the best rock 7"s I've heard in a while managing to be surreal, funny and dancefloor friendly all at once without ever coming across as zany (thank goodness). Blessed with some of the year's finest cover art (featuring a woman eating and sh*tting out people) this comes with two thumbs up.
