Kid Acne returns with this brilliant new single for the Lex imprint, once again pairing up with the hugely underrated Req One on production duties. "Worst Luck" could only be described as anthemic, Edna's wry delivery weaving in and out of Req's jazz-tinged, old-skool production - brilliant stuff. "Swear Down" is heavier but still firmly rooted in Edna's distinct Yorkshire-meets-Brooklyn delivery - and the lyrics are just ace, and coming from someone who never pays any attention to lyrics that's really saying something. "Split Heads" featuring Infinite Livez is a more stripped down affair that ends the side - but if you're more into the beats, instrumental versions of all three tracks feature on the flip. Brilliant stuff - the finest work from Kid Acne to date.
