'Lost In The Red Room' is all about the sinewy beat articulations, clipping together samples of hand-played percussion and hiccuping vocals to fashion an all but harmony-free construction, only letting any sort of melodic instrumentation into the mix via shadowy breakdown sequences. It's companion piece 'Barajas' toys with more Latin-influenced percussion while insistently looping a fragment of vocals like it was just another drum sound.
