Featuring Prince Po, Stacs of Stamina, Quasimoto, Jackson, Slum Village, Sole and a whole Delorean's worth of re-wired contributors, 'Futurism Ain't Shit To Me Vol. 2' is the 2nd (who'd have guessed?!) comp from Kitty-Yo to nestle under the sweaty-bossom of Gonzales (well, one of his song titles anyhow). With 'Futurism' used in the broadest sense (i.e. a lot of these tracks are over two years old...), there's nonetheless much to enjoy; whether this be the helium-hop of Quasimoto ('Come On Feet'), the glitch-opera of Jackson ('Rock On') or Prince Po's electro-fed 'Hold Dat (Club Mix)'. Hardly busting with new material, 'Futurism Ain't Shit To Me Vol. 2' will act as a nice little primer for anyone who fancies dipping their toe into the more burlesque end of electro-hop/tronica etc. For everyone else... you've already got it.
