Using a recording of George Bush's 2002 State of the Union address (better known as the 'Axis of Evil' speech), the first state of the union given after September the 11th, broadcast live to the American nation from Washington on 29th January 2002. While living in Berlin, Lenka Clayton took the original 50 minute speech, removed the dramatic pauses and applause and edited the complete speech into alphabetical order (18 minutes in total).
