Meat Beat Manifesto mastermind Jack Dangers raises the bar with the DVD version of ‘...In Dub’. This DVD version began as a 5.1 mix of R.U.O.K?. and morphed into an all- new-album conceived for the technology that had made itself available in the meantime. Dub has emerged as the voice and vehicle for the music, while Jack recruited video director, Ben Stokes, (DJ Shadow, Public Enemy, De La Soul) to visually interpret the album. On the 5.1 DVD, six channels of dimensional sound are juggled, pitched, and positioned by Dangers against the motion graphics backdrop from Stokes. Ace.
