Probably the best Cadenza release in some time comes from the hands of Los Updates with the immediately recognisable tones of '4 Wheel Drive', probably best known to many of you in it's Ricardo Villalobos remixed form, one of many highlights from his genre defining Fabric mix last year. I was beginning to think this may never see a vinyl release but thankfully Cadenza have done themselves proud and afforded Ricardo's 12minute epic a lush side of wax all to itself, giving ample room for one of his sickest cuts to whirr, strafe and boogie in on a groove like no other, it's truly mesmerizing stuff that any dancefloor will totally lap up. Los Updates' original is a tougher affair with some neat production tweaks and Dandy Jack & The Superhero's remix is a suitably hi-tech floor advancement but there really is only one reason to nab this - and it's a f*cking good Chiléan one. Blinder.
